Please Do Not Invite Guests to Anime Boston For Us!

Although it's fantastic that people are excited about Anime Boston and the Guests of Honor, we'd like to make a reminder that attendees should not contact potential guests (voice actors, directors, artists, etc.) to ask them if they can, will, or would like to attend Anime Boston.

Sometimes when a potential guest is contacted by fans about attending Anime Boston, it can be misinterpreted it as an official invitation from the convention itself. This can lead to confusion, mixed signals, and disappointment for all parties. These situations can actually backfire and hurt the convention's chances to have a guest attend.

Anime Boston's Guest FAQ explains the process of how guests are selected, how you can suggest a new guest, and why we don't reveal which guests are currently under consideration.

Is the Guest Suggestion form for 2016 up yet? The link enclosed within the original post only had a link to the 2015 one, which is moot (I couldn't view it anyway).

So this might be WAY SUPER EARLY but if I want to make a suggestion for a Guest to come to Anime Boston 2017 is it all right to do that now or should I come back latter (closer to October) to nominate someone/group?
