-You know people just from the forums.

-When "You have to get your Buster Sword/Gun/what-have-you checked with security" sounds normal.

-When there are so many cute girls around that you may actually get a Niagra Falls style nosebleed.

-saying phrases like, "want to come to my hotel room" arn't taken pervertedly but instead as a friendly gesture.
-you were groped at EL RAVU--oops! i mean dance!.
-sharing food with complete strangers is actually encouraged.
-you originally come with a group of friends but later in the con you transcend into different groups of people and forget who you orginally came with(happend to me so many times!)

when you mention flashplayer isn't compatible with vista because the new vista is a 64 bit processing system and flashplayer is compatible with only 32 bit processors and PEOPLE KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING.

when people expect you to yell obscene swears at them because they called you short (or shrimp.. or munchkin...) and your character has a gutter mouth (in the manga lol)

when you and your friend splurge on yaoi and then sit side by side reading graphic *bleep* while waiting in line for the Troy Baker panel and it feels completely normal XD

when "I Tom Selleck'ed it up" starts at one end of the hallway and ends up on another floor in under 20 seconds. (You just Tom Selleck'ed it up muahaha)

when you and 100 other people spend an hour walking the hallway because they wouldn't let you line up for autographs until a 1/2 hour before lmao

when the security guards wear fuzzy kitty ears o.o (and a guy one at that, too!!)

When you get out of the car and the first 10 people in the registration line go "OH MY GOD IT'S EDWARD ELRIC!!!" and you're actually scared for a moment of being raped and kidnapped ;_;

when you tackle someone into a wall because you love their costume and they hug you right back!

when you can walk around with a metal arm and a big red overcoat and people don't stare at you like you're crazy. They just stare because they're debating whether they want to glomp you or not. (o.o <--staring face is watching you.)

and you know you're at anime boston when you're the cool kid because your costume is awesome, regardless of whether you're rich, skinny or pretty!!! You're awesome because you were dedicated and spent 6 months working on a costume when you know you'll probably only wear it 1-3 days and you know it is totally worth it <333

I suppose, but I think Kira would be more inconspicuous. I believe He/She would simply use the website to search names, get the name and picture at the same time, and therefore wouldn't have to deadl with any suspicion or extra attention for owning the website...

You know you're at Anime Boston when your awesome metal arm is scratching up your hand and wrist, but you refuse to take it off because then you wouldn't be glomped nearly as often! (and you'd still have to carry it)

You definitely know you're at Ab when your muscles are dead from restricted movement because of your costume and you still wake up the next morning and put it on! (Not being able to move my arm the full 360 degrees killed my muscles, my arm was basically useless without the metal contraption by that point x_x)

You know you're at AB when someone can convince you easily to dance in the middle of the hallway with them.

You know you're at AB when you spend an hour searching for a Roy plushie you know probably isn't there ;-; (I never found one T__T they sold out by Friday and I was in line for Travis *sniff*)

-Everyone will drop what they're doing and dance if some guy walks by with a boom box.
-Seeing a guy with a wig and three swords on the train station isn't weird at all.

I also made a point to make sure I said to EVERYONE "There's just so much business you're losing, it's just a pity that you are losing hundreds of people everyday to your lack of moogles..." But I think they're going to be focusing on FFXIII merchandise next year, and I think I read somewhere that moogles won't play a part...

~everything hurts because:
A) your sandals were tight
B) you were staring up at the screen in front of you
C) you carried a backpack for 3 days
D) you slept in a chair for a friend
E) you walked for 3/4 of 3 days
AND YOU REGRET NOTHING!!!

~you glomp someone when you get off the train

~you try to fix your butt bow three different ways then realize that you could just tie it

~become a God if you have duck tape

~get home and, when someone Rick Rolls the Class Banquet, you and your friends are the only ones that groan

~you find the cake, Waldo and yaoi in the same hallway

~you come into your hotel room at 2 in the morning and are the first there out of your friends

~said friends come in to find you eating ramen with chopsticks and trying to get the remote to work

~when one of said friends asks to watch Bleach, you tell them that they cancelled the weekend showing cause they were all down at the con (really couldn't get the TV to cartoon network)

~your saving for college and don't regret the $350+ dollars you spent for the whole weekend

~you make an idea for what your going to do each day then scrap it come that day just because you see someone cooler

~your friend with red cat contacts gets looks of awe instead of looks of fear she normally gets from school

~another friend gets asked to dance by someone a lot older then her

~your only just turned 18 and your the oldest in your room

~you get up at 6:30 every morning and don't mind

~you LET perverts from the game your cosplaying from grop for a picture

~you take pictures of the same person every day and not realize it till you get home and look at the pictures cause they wore different costumes each day

~you realize the necessity of multiple extra batteries
