Two Shadow of the Colossus prints, and a Gurren print. I was going to get the boxset for BECK, but didn't feel as though I wanted it that bad.

I did not have much money this time around-- so here is what I got:

1.) I bought Kalafina's Lacrimosa single CD at their Friday autograph session and had it autographed by the singers of Kalafina and by Yuki Kajiura. (Anime Boston Convention exclusive! This CD normally can only be bought in Japan or imported from the CDJapan or Yesasia.com on-line stores -- Released in Japan on March 4, 2009, the same day that Kalafina's Seventh Heaven album was initially released in the Japanese market).

Lacrimosa is the second closing song to the anime Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler).

2.) I went to the AnimeonDVD panel on Saturday and got the DVD of the Martian Successor Nadesico movie for asking a question-- I wanted that to complete my Nadesico collection.

3.) Sunday:

At the Sunday Kalafina panel, I answered a trivia question and got an autographed Kalafina poster. Later in the day, at the feedback session at the end of the day, a person who managed to get an autographed Kalafina T-shirt at the charity auction offered to trade that t-shirt for my poster. I agreed to the trade-- it looked like he really wanted that poster very badly. (No selling of that poster for profit, please!)

I also got a movie poster for the Kara no Kyoukai ("The Garden of Sinners") 5th movie-- Paradox Paradigm-- that was not autographed.

That is about it.

Ahaha, though i had over 200$ i didn't spend one dime in the dealers room, i spent it all in the artist ally. I mean, we're coming to anime boston to get stuff that we can't get anywhere else, ne? Why spend money on manga, and OVA's where you can get at your local Barnes&Noble, or FYE, at least, that's what i thought. Besides, *huggles drawings* commissions make your fantasy's come true, i mean, erm, O__O, not that i have inner yaoi fantasys or anything, hah, cuz, um, well, I DON'T! O__O

So basically...i spend it all on commissions, buttons, drawings, etc. Though i would have totally spent money on a yaoi paddle--sadly they don't sell them at AB, DAMNIT!--.

I didn't get it myself, but one of my friend's got a picture of her getting.... "touched" by some tentacles.


As for me, I just bought some cheap Inuyasha CCG boxes and a couple wall scrolls. It was light compared to previous cons.

Well, I didn't buy a lot in quantity, but what I did buy were some pretty big ticket items, so I certainly did my part to stimulate the economy

The most expensive item I bought was at the Asylum Anime booth. If anyone remembers it, there was a $500 60 cm tall Asuna figure. Well that wound up coming home with me. Other items included:

The Flame of Recca set was only SIXTY dollars! For an entire 42-episode series! The Amatsuki artbook was only about $20 and absolutely gorgeous. All the books are from Sasuga of course. xD I love them!

-1 reproduction riot helmet. It was heavy and actually FIT my giant head. The price was about the same as the internet, so...yay!
-Gurren Lagann flag. To honor those who gave their lives for the awesome. It seemed fitting for memorial day.

My GF's sister won a bunch of free yaoi from a panel, but it made my brain crash upon opening a random page...just like the last 3 times. At least she's happy. She also got a corn pendant, which I had to fix. Something about final fantasy figurines, too.

My brother wanted a robotech model, but they were cheaper online.
