Artist Alley Application Closed?

Hey there,
Is the registration for Artists Alley Booths closed or open, I have mixed messages on the website.
Here it says that it will open soon,

elsewhere it says the dates have already gone by, which is true?
Sorry that I'm confused!
I was hoping to run a booth this year but it looks like I missed the opportunity. I didn't see the info about registration dates when I was looking into it before so I guess I may have missed it.
