MICHIKO TO HATCHIN!

I just got an email from FUNimation announcing that AB's gonna host the premiere of the dub of Michiko to Hatchin Friday at 9:30! This is easily one of the best anime series of the past several years and I'm excited to see it finally dubbed! If you like shows like Cowboy Bebop, this should be up your alley.

I went to the rescreening on Sunday and I'm so glad I did. The animation/art style is beautiful and unique, and I'm really impressed with how the first two episodes set up a strong storyline without getting bogged down in excessive exposition.
Also, the interaction between Michiko and Hatchin is unlike anything I've seen before. The best way to describe would be...surprising but natural-feeling? Whatever it is, though, I like it.
