Per their Masquerade info page “Applications will close on March 18, 2023, or when all spots in the contest and waitlists are filled. No applications will be accepted after this date.” hope this helps!

All cosplay events close on March 1, 2023 at 11:59pm EST EXCEPT for the Masquerade

Masquerade Craftsmanship entries close on March 18 or whenever the entries are filled, whichever comes first.

Masquerade Performance entries will be reviewed on February 17. Any applications submitted after this date will be automatically added to the wait list. No applications will be accepted after March 18.
