Question about the autograph signing policy. It states that no one is allowed to line up 30 minutes prior to an autographing session.

I think this is a good policy, but I wonder how you plan on enforcing this. Will there be a volunteer waiting in the autograph area all day to make sure lines don't form?

I only bring this up because I have seen policies like this before in other cons (and possibly AB previously) but issues still happened because lines formed anyway and people got shafted either by doing the right thing and not showing up until they were supposed to, or by being ignorant and lining up for hours only to be turned away later.

If you can't have a staffer constantly in the area (which is the best solution, but I can understand personnel might be an issue) then at least have large signage of the policy posted in the area.

Also will you have a similar policy for screenings?

We do have a person available to enforce the policy for autographs. We have a few that make the rounds.

There is not a similar situation in place for panels. This year, there will be 30 minute gaps between the panels so that seating can take place. In most cases you can line up for panels but please don't line up too early.
