Today is the last day to schedule a public cosplay gathering/photoshoot. This forum will be locked at midnight tonight.
During Anime Boston 2018, you can view the schedule in the guidebook app, and see the schedule for that day posted at each location.
For all cosplay gatherings, I have a gentle reminder of Anime Boston's Sound Policy. The cosplay gathering locations are considered a public area, so loud music is prohibited. If you are asked by a member of staff or security then you will need to turn any music down or off.
And Anime Boston's new Photograph Policy. Be courteous to those attending the photoshoots, and photographers cannot set up additional equipment while in the public spaces unless they are a member of the Press and have the badge to verify it.
During or after the convention, there is a discussion thread you can post in for all feedback or questions you have/had. Let us know what you saw, what you liked, or what can be improved upon. (Most staff will not return to the forums until after the convention is over, so staff questions will not be answered until Monday.)
