To Staff: How do you make a photo shoot official?

Please forgive me if this is a duplicate question; I couldn't find another post like it.

How do you make a photo shoot official? How do you get assigned a time, place, and date in the convention center?

An official listing for 2017 photoshoots will be getting posted as it gets closer to the con. As groups come to a decision on date/time/place, it will get added to that list. Please keep in mind that there is no actual "reserving" of any locations. If another group will be in the same location at the same time, please respect each others' gatherings.
