Riyoko Ikeda Meetup

I'm going to AB as either Lady Oscar from Rose of Versailles or Julius from The Window of Orpheus and thought it would be fun to do a meetup! As Rose of Versailles meetups are few and far inbetween (and the Window of Orpheus is literally nonexistent 
) this would be an all purpose Riyoko Ikeda meetup 
Im thinking late afternoon (3pm?), Saturday. Maybe on the staircase to the second floor where all the lighting is so pretty? I'm kind of at a loss for location ideas, so any suggestions are welcome! Same for time.
