Ah! My apologies to the Touhou folks; it's my fault for not reading the other pages of this thread.

We would be more than happy to share the space or work something out in person so no worries.

I basically have confirmation that the South Garden will NOT be open for this weekend (so everyone else should try to make changes as well and relocate) but working out something together for our shoots in particular would be completely fine.

Update:
The location of the photo-shoot if it's raining will be on the third-floor of the Hynes by/in-front of Room 313.

The date, time & meet-up location is the same.

Given the South Garden is closed, the Touhou group will be relocating to get out of Tokyo Ghoul's way. Please remove the Touhou Project Saturday at 12:00 PM shoot and replace it with Touhou Project Saturday at 1:00 PM by Room 206. (We will be sure to get out of One Piece's way by 1:45.)

Day and Time of Shoot: Saturday 12-1pm
Location of Shoot: third floor at the end of the hall by the escalator closest to the main entrance. (if already occupied, corner on 2nd floor outside rm 206)

The FNAF post above me current is a second meet up time, not affecting the one already listed on Sunday, just to clarify.

Just for clarification, the Evangelion shoot on Sunday is not meeting by DD's. We are going to meet in the lobby leading into the Prudential mall/tower from the parking garage, accessible via the escalators by the Dunkin Donuts, not at Dunkin's itself. Or if you could put down the escalators by Dunkin's that's fine too. Also, South Garden will be closed over the weekend.

Hello all,
There were far more photoshoots planned this year than any other in the past. So thank you for being patient with me trying to update the Master List along the way. I will be updating the List one last time with everything posted before this post. The List will then be printed out and going to the Con shortly. You can find a printed copy outside of the Emergency Repair Station in room 105.
Please bare in mind that Anime Boston Staff do not run any of these gatherings or photoshoots listed here. The list will be offered at the con as a guideline and actual times or places may change over the weekend.
