Hi,

Are we going to have membership ID card/bracelet to get into the convention?

What time are we allowed to enter the building or events?

Hi there!

Attendees to the con will have ID badges in holders, which you wear around your neck using a lanyard. Be sure to keep the badge facing forward so staff can see it, whenever you enter an event room.

The schedule, which should be out at least a week before the convention (if not sooner), will tell you when you can enter the Hynes Center for most events, as well as when other events start. Typically the earliest opening time is about 7:00~8:00 AM on a given morning, but this can change. If you have a cellphone or tablet, be sure to get the Guidebook app and download the current guide, for the most up-to-date information.
