How to pre-register?

I am from the UK and planning to attend AB for the second year. However, I am currently facing difficulties in pre-registering for tickets. Unlike last year, this time it requires me to create an account with a US or Canadian address.

Is there any way for my friend and me to obtain tickets without having a valid address in the US or Canada? We have already booked our hotel and flights shortly after AB last year, and we are eager to attend again this year.
