Hotel Page Missing?

Hi

So I was looking for the hotel page as I was going to print my confirmation off & noticed that the page to the reservation provider has been deleted deactivated....Is this normal?

If you need to print reservation info right away, check your email. The system sent out confirmation emails from email_confirm@confmail.experient-inc.com
