I ordered pictures from the photo suite and they said they'd be emailed in 1-2days, i figured they wouldn't be, but i still haven't heard anything and i don't know how to contact them.

I am taking several teens to the con and it says photo ID is required. The problem is they dont have them. What should I do?

Any thing will work for picking up your badge as long as it has their picture and their name on it. This can include anything from a library card to a highschool ID.
The requirement is also waived for minors if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid ID.
