Usually AB wont post it until a week or so before the con. Even then the times usually change. Cant rush a good thing I guess. XD

You should never expect a schedule from a con until a week out at the earliest.

Some cons manage to pull off 2-3 weeks if the majority of the events are done by people more reliable than fan panelists.

Schedules change day by day. It is to the point you need a new one every day because nothing is set in stone until the day comes. Been like that every year.

Once the schedule has been finished, we'll have it up on our interactive schedule page like last year. Don't worry about missing it - we'll blast it all over for everyone to see.

However, as the others have said, that won't probably be until 1-2 weeks before the convention. There's still a lot of shuffling going on, and anything right now would be too preliminary.
