Swapmeet

Post by waynoinsano »

I saw the new changes this year with sign up and lottery. Will there still be a forum thread to set up trades beforehand? I usually get a couple of trades with people that can't actually make the swapmeet.

Hi there - yes!

The Swap Meet Have/Wants Thread for 2025 is posted here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=39698

Due to the number of changes with the event this year, we have also created a thread for folks to post questions about the event itself: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=39697&p=323857#p323857

Could I ask, where did you hear about these changes? There wasn't anything about them in the news section. I see that ksmurf has now set up two threads for the Swap Meet, but where did you hear about them before that?

I found this page from the Social Activities section: https://www.animeboston.com/activities/swap_meet

It doesn't talk about the use of a lottery. How did you learn about that?

Thank you for this! I can't believe I never noticed those buttons before. You just helped me discover extra info on other pages that I haven't encountered before, like inspirations for formal ball attire.
