where can I go to apply for volunteer positions?

Are there any paid, if possible, or volunteer positions available for the con? If so, where can I go to apply for them?

Also would any of these trade admission for the volunteer work?

AB is a non-profit, volunteer run organization, so there are no paid positions. There are two types of volunteers, Staff and Support Squad.

Staff has the higher commitment (24 hours minimum) of the two and has more benefits such as space in a hotel room (shared with other staff) paid for by the convention.

Support Squad members are not committed to any minimum number of hours, but are required to pay for their badge like all other attendees and will receive prizes during the convention for each 4 hours they work (including reimbursement of their badge at 16 hours).

You have to be logged into the forums to access Staff HQ, which is where you can apply for positions.
I would recommend:
1. Log into the forums
2. Go to https://www.animeboston.com/staff/application
3. Select the position you would like to apply to from the drop down
4. Fill in the rest of the required information and then submit
