I am confused what to do at this point. This was my first AB and I talked to a vendor and they told me to buy from their online store. They charged me the day of and never sent the product. I tried multiple times to contact the vendor through email and social media. I just started grad school so my life has been super hectic and it’s been a couple months now and I feel like it is too late to get a refund.
