Anime Boston

I didn't really get the chance to do a lot of shopping, only going to the dealer's room a couple times, but I wound up leaving with a bunch of manga every trip. Got a bunch of new things to try, so I should have plenty to do for the next day or so. I wish I had brought more cash, or that the ATM fees weren't so patently ridiculous, otherwise I'd finally have gotten a corset from The Lady And The Leopard's booth, and probably a couple plushies.

What'd you get?

I got an S.H. Figuarts Red Hawk from Choujin Sentai Jetman. Goes nicely with Kamen Rider Kuuga on top of my computer.

I haven't bought hardcopy manga in a few years, although I collect DVDs like nobody's business, but I ended up impulse grabbing volumes 1-5 of No. 6, having just recently watched the anime. Haven't had a chance to dive in yet but I've got a feeling they were worth it. Haha.

As usual, I went on plushie over load!
I got 3 different Alpacassos, because I am literally obsessed with them. Then I got a Fennekin, which was cool, because my friend who I went with also got their X/Y starter Pokemon, and a Vash the Stampede plushie. I got the Attack on Titan manga volume 2, and 2 Attack on Titan prints which I got autographed. The Josh Grelle autograph was on a really cool print of Armin, Eren, and Mikasa. It was the first autograph he had signed on a piece of Armin merch, and he wrote "First Sig!!" on it and drew a kitty face! Then Matthew Mercer autographed a Levi poster. I got both posters in Artist's Alley, oh, and I got some buttons.

unfortunately i cant pick a favourite thing, but i was VERY happy to find a chibi ryou bakura figurine! and a bell bag, and another alpaca, and a kitty cat shirt...

i had tood my friends, "please do not allow me to <b>buy more than one wig</b> this year, since i have a problem". i got one nice wig but its....destroyed right now, gonna have to take an hour to brush all the naps out eheheh

I got a blue Scalemate (Inspector Berrybreath), an "OTP" shirt (parody of UPS) and a Russia plushie! All awesome.

I got ten series (I'm including Strike Witches as one series), four games, and a Kill la Kill key chain from the Artist Alley. I also got a gift for my niece since her birthday is coming up in a couple weeks. I would have got a lot more but I was on a tight budget this year. Two years ago I went insane.

I found a Fire Emblem print with almost all the main characters on it! I walked by the booth in cosplay of a more obscure character, looked up, and bam! There was the character I was cosplaying on a print. Had to buy it. Also picked up some Tales of Destiny keychains and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much JAM Project stuff.

My haul was pretty decent. I went into the dealer's room with the game plan of only buying the Madoka Dvds (as my MLP and gashapon/figure shelf is over flowing. I did not get those Dvds. Instead I got:
2 mini alpacas (as gifts for my sisters)
A medium sized Nemuneko (also a gift)
A Luna Artemis tumbler glass
A TastyPeach inukii lanyard
A 10" sitting alicorn Twilight Sparkle plush
A sparkly Brony t-shirt
2 Akemi Homur figures
1 Littile Busters figure
And plenty of posters from the Artists' Alley
And potentially a few things I forgot.

Hopefully, next year, I adhere to my plan so that my wallet doesn't hurt afterwards. But, I totally do not regret my purchases. They well look great with my already too cluttered things.8

Have been looking for this for a while now, and there it was. Instant buy!

This year was the year of the figurines for me...

I got three Evangelion figures, two Kuroko no Basket figures, and two Free! figures...
also a lanyard, some Haikyuu!! buttons, and a KnB pencil case from the AA.
