Oh yea we do the drive every year. It aint no thang, as Id say. But youre right, it is worth it. Im hoping to stumble upon some nice finds merch-wise like I did last year.
And thanks for the info, we have all of that figured out. Our anime club goes every year. We got this down pat. this is only my second con ever, and first time cosplaying.

But you guys are super friendly. Thanks!

I go to Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. I'm on break the week of AB, which makes things very convenient (yay passover/easter break).

I am no longer an undergraduate student, but I am taking a couple of classes at BU for a certificate program, and I am only one year out of college and work at MIT.

Tiny bit of a stretch, but I wasn't able to go to cons when in college 'cause I was in the middle of nowhere, soooo.... yeah. Figure I'm still the same demographic overall.

I would vote that we should have a meet-up sometime during the con...Seeing as how we are all from the Boston area (mostly) or within the near vicinity and it'd be an interesting way to meet people in the area / do something fun at the con?

That actually sounds like a fun idea. If not at the con, maybe something like going out for dinner sometime? Preferably a weekend, I have a pretty crazy schedule during the week.

I'll pick it up don't worry.Worrying about projects for graduations is a bit more important. And that is a good idea too. We could always make our own summer meet up also.

I graduated from Wentworth about 1.5 years ago. I use to be the VP of Anime Daisuki (club) but I only have time to attend half of the meeting because I was in like 3 other clubs... lol

I would check Wentworth Office of Student Leadership Programs if they will have it next year. It is the end of Spring Semester so this year is over and in Finals mode. The Office is located on the 4th floor of Beatty Hall (same building as the Gym that we share with you & MCPHS for the COF) unless they changed in the last 2 years.

I believe there also will be around 30 of us making the trek for the entire weekend... with 5 people to a room, as per the college's request in exchange for funding. It's going to be quite the partay.
