Parking using FitzInn?

Hi all. I know that there are tons of parking threads, but I have a question about one spot in particular.

My convention partner spotted the following, but I didn't see it on the website list:

Is this a reliable place to park? The rate seems cheaper than most. We're trying to find a cheap hotel, so the farther out, the better. Unfortunately that requires us to drive in.

Yes, you can try to park there. However it is a small lot and likely fills up quickly. Don't be surprised if you need to find an alternate location to park.
