Yeah, I don't remember if we even got a receipt, but I wish I knew about the comment thing then. There were a good 25+ people behind us and at that point, I wish I had said something but even the people right behind us were frustrated that the line wasn't moving. It's over and done with, but if it happens again you bet your butt I'll be asking for the manager (and apologizing to the mob behind me).
