black orchid ball tickets

are you allowed to buy a ticket to the black orchid ball for your friend, or is there something like having to register your name down for it when you buy a ticket? (As just buying 1 ticket, not 2)

It's one ticket per person and you can buy them on Friday at 3 but the line will be allowed to form at 2:30. So, sorry, unfortunately, if your friends want to go, they'll have to go get a ticket for themselves.
