How quickly do tickets for the formal sell out at the door?

I'm really nervous about whether or not to count on going, because I'm not sure if I can get a ticket and make it to the Melody Ball.
Should I line up really far in advance to guarantee a ticket? Or is it usually not a problem?

If I remember correctly, you're only allowed to line up 30 minutes before the start selling the tickets...
But they do go fairly fast! So I recommend staying in the general area they're being sold, and then line up exactly half an hour before.

Yeah, I'm worried about the tickets too. I wasn't able to go last year so I'm missing a bit of a panel to line up early ^^

Tickets for the ball DO sell out, and do so very quickly... however, as long as you are at the pick-up location on time, you should be able to secure a ticket. No promises, but you should be fine!
