For those new to the con or the Swap Meet, it's basically where you take your video games, manga, anime or Japanese related items you don't want anymore and trade with other people for the stuff they don't want anymore. You can find all the details on it at the Swap Meet page.
I do ask that people limit their postings to what they have and what they want. Negotiations for trade should either be done in-person at the con or over Private Messages on the forum or some other means (email, IM, Facebook, Twitter, etc). Basically, DON'T MAKE TRADE OFFERS IN THIS THREAD! When people start to do it, it fills the entire thread with back and forth posts between two people that no one else needs to see. If it does happen here a Mod will delete those posts.

So, I have good news and bad news about this year.....
The bas news, I will not be able to attend. Otakon is not holding a booth this year I've been told, and as helping them is my main purpose of attending, coupled with my wife working multiple tattoo conventions that month and my inability to scrounge a group together to share a hotel room or an airbnb.. it just isn't meant to be for me. It sucks, because this is my favorite event and I genuinely miss it and all of our regulars.
The good news, is I still intend to reach out to some of you privately. Just because I can't be there for the actual event doesn't mean I have to sit completely on the sidelines! Add into that a perk of my current job and what I have there, and I think some fun can still be had for a few of us. Not to mention, some of us here agreed to some potential trades a couple years ago that I still have put aside and can still make good on!
I'll be reaching out to some of you privately very soon!
