Noob question
How long does it take/how many posts do I need to be able to post in the forum without approval from a mod and send PMs?

it's really as soon as somebody gets to it (like i just did)
It only requires one approved post to get you off the list. We only really have it this way to prevent fake accounts from spamming the forums.
