Anime Boston will be airing a live podcast on Sunday, March 14 at 6pm till 8pm. We will be discussing the various events happening at our convention with execs and department heads, as well as taking attendee questions. More information, including format and internet stream site will be posted closer to that day.

Also, keep an eye on the RSS feed as our latest podcast episode will be posted in the next few days. As always you can subscribe to and listen to older podcast episodes here .

I'm excited to hear about everything! As a personal preference though, I hope there's less off topic stuff. The last one was good with the anime or related reviews, but I felt it suffered from a bit of poor humor and jokes about food. I'm a dual citizen and know that the British are very good cooks. But trying to get Chinese food in England? What does one expect? Give British food a chance! But I digress... I really enjoyed the post 2009 show for its AB specific content and am looking forward to the next one!

The recent one, which I'm finishing up editing, has much more on topic stuff as we discuss guests and various announcements.

The last one was hard because there wasn't as much AB related topics to keep us there, since there wasn't much going on at the time. However, thanks for the comments, and I will certainly keep that in mind.

The live podcast will definitely be AB specific, hopefully driven by you, the listeners. :)

Aw, I'm sorry you took offense. That was me who was making the disparaging remarks about gritty nasi goreng and viscous chicken satay. I did have some good meals on that trip and I also had some good meals during my trip in 1994. I also had a few atypically horrible meals, though. Gordon Ramsay and Nigella Lawson are proof enough for me that good food can be found in the UK. I also don't turn my nose up at Wagamama. Ah, that reminds me: when I went to the UK in 1994, one of my friends took us to this baked potato (aka "jacket potato") stand in Covent Garden that she'd found on a previous trip, and I have never had as good a baked potato since. I wonder if it's still there?

The end.

Has anything been posted to where the Live podcast is going to/ can be viewed? I'v been looking and haven't found anything. Plus it doesn't help me that I don't know what the RSS feed is.

Thanks

I agree, it was also nice with the system you used because it allowed listeners to chat as well. And I'm really glad to hear everything that was answered, like that the courtyard will be open. I'm really looking forward to AB!

Thanks, everyone for listening. I wasn't sure how things would go, but you all gave us some good questions and it was a lot of fun for us. Hope it was fun for you guys too. We will definitely try to do another one next year.

And thank you to everyone participating in the chat as well! It was very productive and very helpful to those who also had questions that were missed.

Also, the chat is currently still going on. Because we're crazy.

Yeah, I should have made Christian cover the chat. I wanted to cover the chat too, but I had to stream sound from my comp for Andrea and skype, so I couldn't have the chat open or OMG Feedback!

Yeah, I noticed, Jackie. So I was answering questions on my end, too. Heh.

Yep, it was recorded. It's currently being worked on to put it up as soon as tonight, provided everything works out. If not, some time this week at the latest.

Terrible news guys, the program that was recording the podcast apparently crashed when Peter was saving it and the data was lost. ><

Blame Peter, it's all his fault!

Anyway, really sorry we can't have the live podcast recording for you, but thanks to everyone who did listen in live. We appreciate it. I'll definitely get the summer wars thing Christian recorded up soon.

You always know how to make it up to us, Patrick.

But I'm sad that you guys lost the recording, I was listening in on UStream and it was quite the show going on. Makes me wish I recorded stuff or wrote stuff down... I might have had some exclusive content on my hands. =p

If there was any info that was given out on air and not yet posted, couldn't it be posted though?

You assume we remember everything that was said. Since there is no recording that survived, it's not possible to post whatever questions were asked and answered.

I'm going to lock this thread now since the podcast is over and it's not possible to post it or post a summary of the content. If people didn't watch the show and have questions which may or may not have been answered in the podcast, they can just continue to post them in the forums as usual.
