Attached is the Preliminary Convention Schedule. AB reserves the right to make on-site changes to this document.

This is just a preliminary schedule. Events, panels and videos MAY change.

All changes will be printed in each day's Con Chowder.

I had trouble loading it in firefox but it loads fine in IE.

Oh, yes. We're aware that things may change. But the group I'm coordinating needed to schedule meetup times (since our panel was denied), and with the schedule out, we know roughly when NOT to plan. If that makes sense. XD

People will always have scheduling conflicts, but we wait for the preliminary schedule so we can avoid as many as possible but still have the times announced with enough lead time before the convention so that word gets around to everyone. ^^

Ah, actually, I have a question...

Does this mean that none of the events will take place in the Marriott Copley Place Hotel?

None.

There will be overnight security there, and there will be a bag check on Sunday, but yes, all events will be in the Hynes.

It just turned out that it was the best way to do things.

You will find the Dealer's room open hours in the upper right hand corner of that fabulous schedule, along with several other 'when are we open' listings.

Dealersâ€™ Room (Exhibit Hall D): Fri 12p(Noon)-6p, Sat 10a-6p, Sun 10a-3p

In the .pdf, you will see on the top left corner of the schedule, that Opening Ceremonies is on Friday at 11:00 AM in Main Events.

On the website Schedule, there wasn't any opening Ceremonies on the schedule. It would have been interesting to see an Opening Ceremonies in an empty Hynes.

My only issue is that I'll be in the Death Note game during the Pillows concert (the concert being the highlight of my weekend) so now I don't get to go. That's a total bummer. Everything else looks good though.

Ooh, excellent. I was nervous I would have a hard time finding where the hotel connects to the Hynes, so that works out great for me.

I think I might cry...According to the Prelim Schedule...Aaron Dismuke's Autograph signing shares a slot with the anime dating game...

I know the schedule is subject to change...But how likely is it that that will? I don't know what to do if that doesn't change...

My girlfriend and I really want to go to the Dating Game. We didn't get to go to it last year, and I know that'll be her priority. But I REALLY want Aaron's Autograph...

I need reassurance! D= I'm so upset, right now!

It might change, it might not change, they may add an overflow session, they may not.

Worst-case, find a friend who won't be attending the Dating Game and get him/her to stand in line for you.

Personally I'm disappointed that the Pillows' autograph session is in the middle of my Japan Panel and that the second one is on Sunday after I'll have already flown back, so boo to that. Hopefully I find someone to get my Wake Up! DVD autographed.

That information is usually inside the Program Book that comes in the bag you get at Registration. I doubt that will change this year.

Unfortunately with the amount of events we run, and space we have it's impossible to satisfy everyone. Events will conflict for different things for different people.
