Edit 1/26/2013: Hotel Reservation information for the Marriott hotel has been added. Double bed rooms at the Sheraton hotel are sold out. King Size rooms are still available and rollaway beds may be requested for them as well.

When are the deals with the other hotels in the area going to be up? I mean I understand wanting to encourage staying at the Sheraton as much as possible since it's also used for function space but I really don't like staying there. The elevator situation is impossible and climbing up and down tons of stairs gets old quick.

Just booked my room at the Midtown, but I'm a little wary of the $40/day incidental charge. Is that refundable? I don't see anything about it on the website... is it just an AB thing?

Is AB working on a deal with the Marriott Boston Copley Place this year?

I have a quick question about the Sheraton: Are there stairs that are not rigged to set off the fire alarm? At AB12, the only stairs I could find went from the first floor to the second floor, and actually popped me out in the middle of the line for the 21+ lounge! (Thankfully security didn't see me and think I was actually in line )

I've just become very health-conscious, and combine that with the infamous elevator situations, I'd really rather have the stairs as an alternative for when my other option is to wait a literal hour. We counted. 60 minutes!
Every other door to stair wells I could find, though, had the big "Fire exit; rigged to set off alarm" signs, and I'm terrified to take those stairs.

Okay, maybe this wasn't as quick as I thought!
