Upbeat AMV Overflow Question?

I went to the Upbeat AMV Overflow on Friday. There was an AMV shown there, that I have to know what Anime it was made from... I don't remember what it was called, I think it was something like... "People who love Vampires, people who love Monsters..." But I'm not sure... It was an awesome AMV though and I want to see the Anime now... Did anyone else see it? Does anybody know what it's called? The Artwork reminded me of something Kaori Yuki might do, but I doubt it's hers...

I believe the video you're talking about is "Pretty People Never Lie, Vampires Never Really Die". The song is performed by I am Ghost, and the animÃ© featured in the AMV is Yami no Matsuei.
