"Technical Difficulties"

Post by saffieb »

Hi!

I'm sooo confused, can anyone help me?

-I'm STILL using the "Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD 9.0" (I know I need an upgrade, but I can't afford it right now- maybe next year...)

-I was able to adjust the FPS to 23.976 during the prep, but I still can't change it from 29.97 when creating the template:

"The template you selected is not valid with the current project settings. It has been removed from the template list"

-I was told that if I send it in at 29fps, it will throw off the audio to the whole AMV. When I use Zarx264gui, changing the framerate is not an option. What do I do? :(

Also, is it better to send it in as Fullscreen or Widescreen?

Um...I'm also going to post links to my former entries just to see if anyone can give me some tips for future reference.

Having never used Vegas myself, I'd guess it telling you that you created your project with the wrong settings in the first place. You shouldn't be trying to have export settings that don't match your source files and project settings - that's just asking for trouble.

For actual Vegas advice from people who know the program, I'd look here instead: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/v ... m.php?f=68
