Small Prop

Post by TheGlassesGirl » Wed Mar 29, 2017 4:36 pm

I know that staff most likely won't be able to answer this, since they're on site right now, but maybe some people who have been in a similar situation could help?

For my Pearl cosplay, I'm bringing a small faux rose as a prop (it's a little longer than my hand, stem included). Do I need to have it checked and tagged at weapons/prop check, or is it small enough that it doesn't need a tag?

I'm not staff, so don't take this as the final word, but in my experience they'll probably just take a look at it and leave it at that. A couple years ago I brought in a broom for my Draco Malfoy cosplay and they just gave it a once-over and didn't tag it.
