Anime Boston

Hello all! The bad anime panel was probably one of my favorite panels out of the entire convention.

I just have a quick question: What was the name of the anime they showed? I remember one was called 'Defenders of Universe' (dear God...), but what was the one about Dracula and the crazy guy in the wheelchair? Anyone know???

Sorry it took me sooooo long to reply.

Just to clarify, the sci-fi piece (o' crap) is titled "Protectors of Universe" (and is the source of my avatar off to the left). It's been floating around many outlets in cheapy-dvd bins, on its own and as part of a bundle with other crappy titles.

The Dracula movie's full title here in the states is "Dracula: Sovereign of the Damned". It was produced by Toei Studios and was based off the old Marvel comic, "The Tomb of Dracula". Said comic was penned back in the day by Marv Wolfman, the original creator of "Blade".

And to take a note from the end-credits of the 007-Bond movies...

...Bad Anime, Bad WILL return.
