Final Fantasy 2017!

Final Fantasy is timeless. Therefore, also retro (In my opinion). So, perfect for this year's theme! Would love to get a photo shoot together!
I will be wearing my Chocobo Porter cosplay from FFXIV! If there isn't already a Facebook Group created, I'll make one.
Can't wait to see you all!

Currently I am trying to see if I can get my Aerith done before March -- and if I can and it doesn't conflict with anything, I'll be there!

Cloud from FVII: Advent Children with the Fusion Blade, that is if Weapon's check doesn't take the 6 blades. I'm also trying for Noctis with his Chapter 14 edition

My Mascot Moogle should be around again this year, it just gets so hot in it that I run outside a lot x.x I made one photoshoot so if anyone remembers it, it was a short lived time followed by a shower lmao

Is the Final Fantasy shoot still happening? There's a new FB page and location but it looks like almost no one is going now and the page hosts don't seem to be responding to anyone. I hope it's still happening.

Anyone know what's up with this?
I saw on the cosplay gathering room thread that there were some conflicts, but it's unclear if we're canceled or just moved? Terra is sucking up my life (thanks amano) and I'd really like to wear it to a gathering.

The host said something g about not being able to host it this year so it was originally canceled. But her husband stepped in and is hosting another. Here's the new link for Facebook users:

I've seen the new page already and last I check the host there isn't responding to posts and a definite time doesn't seem to be available either

The issue I'm having is with all the conflicting info going around between the Master list now having the wrong location, rumors of the shoot being cancelled, and the hosts not properly communicating. I'm worried the shoot is going to fall apart and I look forward to this shoot every year.

This is the correct shoot. We will be meeting where the Naruto shoot is then moving to another spot nearby.
It's at 1pm saturday on the second floor outside room 201.

Hey all, so my friend and I were the ones who ended up running the shoot last minute. (I was one of the Promptos, my friend was the imperial officer giving directions.)
The organizer never showed up, and because they cancelled the original 3:00 PM one, they weren't able to officially book a new spot in time for the 1:00 PM shoot. (Not sure why they didn't ask if anyone wanted to take charge of the 3:00 PM one before cancelling but oh well.)
So my friend and I took over the shoot last minute and tried to find a new location. Which ended up being pretty tough as we got kicked out of the first third floor spot we found. lol
Apologies for the inconvenience! We will officially organize one next year and make sure everything is properly set.

I was so bummed things didn't work out! Some of us ended up having an impromptu FFXV photoshoot but if we'd known where you guys were, I'm absolutely sure we would have all loved to merge! I hope next year will be better.
