Anime Boston 2016 concert set list

I went to this year's double concert knowing a handful of songs from Ali Project, and only one from nano.ripe. Could someone please help me out with what each band's set list was, what album/single it came off of, and for extra bonus points what series it came from. Thanks in advance.
