Soul Eater 2016

I'm surprised to see there isn't a Soul Eater photoshoot or meetup anywhere... Anyway, I probably wouldn't be able to organize one on my own, and I don't have a fancy camera either... But I do take good pictures and it might be fun to organize something with all you guys.

On Saturday, I'll be dressed as Medusa with my sister dressed as Maka and my friend dressed as Soul.

On Sunday, I'll be Patty with my sister dressed as Liz. I have another friend who might be wearing my Medusa cosplay then too.

I'll be Maka on Saturday and Sunday! And on Sunday I'll have a Meme from SENOT hanging around with me, too. I was surprised at the lack of meetup, too...

Looks like we're doing Soul Eater the same days! I hope to see you there. Maybe once I learn what Cosplay Games I made/didn't make it into, we could try to organize something?

Hello everyone! I will be going as Spirit Albarn aka Best Dad on Friday night and Sunday. I am always excited to see awesome Soul Eater cosplayers.....as well as the BEST DAUGHTER IN THE WORLD!

That would be awesome! Too bad my sister is going as Maka the one day you won't be in your Spirit cosplay... I'm sure she'd /love/ to get to have her dad there.

Anyway, we should definitely organize something soon, maybe in a week or so on here because I feel like the Cosplay Games applications will be reviewed by then. Maybe we could even hold more than one photoshoot to accommodate people coming on different days.

Like I said, I don't have a fancy camera or anything close to it, but I can take better pictures with my iPhone than most "Press" photographers can with their fancy cameras. I don't mean for that to sound conceited. I just have an eye for photography, I think. It'd be fun to meet up anyway, even if there's no official photoshoot. But if anyone wants, we could do mini-photoshoots. I love taking actual serious cosplay photos of people. The photoshoots where everyone just stands together in one big blob are no good for cosplay photos.

Alright... I was told not to spoil things, but I was waitlisted or accepted to all five cosplay games I entered into... That means I'll be super busy during the con. We could still maybe do something Saturday night though.

I'll be Medusa with a Maka and a Soul on Saturday evening. I hope to bring small plastic snakes to hand out to people who recognize me!

I'll be Tsubaki with a Black*Star on Friday, our Maka will be joining us a little later in the day as well!

Of course that's the one day my friends and I aren't wearing Soul Eater!! Oh well, I'd still love to get a picture of you guys. I'm sure you'll look great!!

Going as Crona on Friday, with the bf as Free.
Would love to do a meet up at some point!
Maybe if Todd Haberkorn, does a panel we can meet somewhere nearby after it gets out?
We can probably break out the costumes again if people are more inclined to another day.

I hope to see your Crona! They're so cute. Too bad I'll be in my Medusa the next day. But wear it whenever you want, I'd be happy to meet up regardless of who's in what costume.

I'll be Maka with Black*Star and Tsubaki later in the day on Friday. Also, I got accepted into the Chess Match as Maka. So it would be really great to have some Soul Eater cosplayers there to cheer me on ^~^

That's awesome!! My sister and I were waitlisted for Chess as Liz and Patty but are currently working on being in it in the form of a surprise event!! We'll be cheering you on!!

I'm all for planning a meet up. Dunno if it'll be too late to gain a lot of momentum with a post or Facebook event. But we can certainly try.

I still think a meetup would be fun! Wouldn't hurt to tell all the cosplayers you see along the way about it, I guess.
