I will be flying to convention from abroad.
How should pack my 3d pistol (from mass effect) so i would have any problems in airport.
Or what should i have with me telling in not a real weapon (pistol)

Not an expert. I can't really help any more past this, since I don't know any more.

There's a link to contact them with questions. There is this on the page:
Replica firearms, including firearm replicas that are toys, may be transported in checked baggage only.
Maybe this helps? Good luck!

If you're not checking baggage, and you can't take it as carry-on, do you know anybody in the area that you could ship it to and pick it up when you arrive?

Hey there! My plan for flying with cosplay is to put all of my weapons in checked baggage, like others have mentioned. I'd also include a note to the TSA agent who will inevitably "randomly check" your baggage because you have something that looks suspicious in it -- something along the lines of "thanks for your service, I'm a cosplayer, [Insert photo of the costume this thing is for], this is a fake/prop weapon and is made out of plastic/poses no threat." Good luck!

Sunday - Duelist Utena
