Idolized! dance meet up 2018

hello! im not sure if this is the correct way to claim a spot or not for a meet up, and if not, feel free to kindly point me in the right direction! i want to try to avoid a situation we had last year where our meet up and another meet up overlapped each other by accident!

but my love live group idolized! will be hosting our 2nd annual, and 4th ever Love Live Dance Meet-Up at Anime Boston 2018 on Saturday March 31st from 1 to 3 pm!
we'll be hosting it on the third floor at the end of the hallway near the windows! so we'd like to keep the spot occupied for at least two hours (1-3!)

we are also giving groups slots to preform at our meet up since it's a special one for us!
the groups who are dancing at our meet so far is listed on our post on IG @idolizedNE !

again, if this isn't the correct way to try to claim a spot to make sure two meet ups don't overlap , please point me in the right direction!
