A friendly reminder about Cosplay Gathering threads!

Hey everyone! Please remember to check to see if a thread is already going for your anime/video game/whatever, before creating a new thread. Duplicates will be locked or merged.
The yearly "Cosplay Gatherings MegaThread Index" will go live about a month before the convention, started by a staff member. In this thread, you can post when and where your group will be meeting. The thread will be locked a few days before the convention, and we will have a large printed copy beside the Info Desk on the second floor of the Hynes (at the top of the escalators). If you need to make last-minute changes to your meet-ups, you can do so there.
