EDIT: We can try to share the Saturday slot with Tokyo Ghoul if need be, though hopefully the South Garden will be open so we can avoid that. (If the Tokyo Ghoul folks could look into this before the con and confirm one way or the other so the Touhou folks have the time and opportunity to reschedule, it would be much appreciated.)

It took me looking at a floor plan but YES 'by room 313' is the same as "that plant centerpiece cul-de-sac with the benches" at the left end of the top floor, just to clarify that for everyone.

As I saw it referred to as like 4 different things /I think. Maybe state this on the top post?

Also anyone got photos of what this spot "by PFChangs" looks like? Thanks!

Hi Pixyl, I'm afraid I dont understand your query. There is a PF Chang's in the Prudential center, and I assume you dont want to crowd a restaurant with people, so usually groups meet up in front of the PF Chang's entrance in the Pru. Is that what you meant by "INSIDE"?
The Master List I have been compiling is what will be seen at the convention.

For our RWBY Shoot on Friday, we've decided to change it to 3 pm instead of 4 pm because the "Tribute to Monty Oum" is at 4pm. Still the same location: fountain across from the Sheraton. IF IT IS RAINING: the shoot will be moved to the same location as the Saturday shoot. Saturday for RWBY shoot DOESNT change, only Friday.

Hi!

I think that the Touhou shoots for Saturday at 12 are in conflict with our shoot for Tokyo Ghoul?

If it's the same location as us, we intend to hold our shoot on the plaza level of the Pru underneath the escalators on the far right of the convention center.

Am I wrong or are we actually in conflict with each other? D :
