Contact Us - PLEASE contact us if you have any questions about your specific registration and DO NOT post your question here in the forums. Tell us your full name and email address used to register and what, specifically, your question/problem is. The more information you can give us, the better.

If you are contacting us about your registration, please include the following information in your email:

- Your full name
- Your mailing address
- Your email address
- When/Where you pre-registered (if you haven't received the confirmation email with your attendee status code)

Also, please make sure that you can receive email from animeboston.com. If you can't, then we have no way of contacting you. This is especially important because we're having emails sent back to us saying that it can't be delivered because the service is not accepting mail from us.
