Accessibility stickers

I've been an attendee for years but somehow I'm just finding out about the accessibility stickers. I wish I had known about them years ago, but better late than never! I read the policy on the FAQ, but I still have a couple specific questions. Do I need to bring proof of my disability in the form of a doctor's note or something else? Additionally, how do autograph lines work with the sticker? I read how they function with seated events, but do autograph lines work any differently? Thank you
