not sure if this was posted in another forum, but when can we expect passes to be mailed out?

Seconding this question, and if folks don't receive their mailed passes in time for the convention, what is our recourse?

I contacted customer support recently. They told me that we can check the tracking number of our badges by logging in here: https://animeboston.configio.com/accountsummary and clicking the orange "Shipping" button on the account summary page. It seems like everything has been shipped out and people should be getting their badges soon.

My badge was mailed to my billing address, not my current residential address. So it appears that I may be screwed.
