How does meeting guests work this year?

Hi everyone!

I was hoping for some clarification on guest meet and greets this year. I've read the autograph policy already and I understand that. My question is: will there be any sort of online ticketing system/sign ups this year or can anyone just line up 30 minutes prior to the time? I only ask because my sister and I messed up last year not knowing we had to sign up ahead of time, and we missed out on meeting guests! I want to make sure that doesn't happen this year.
