Doll Meet Up

I was wondering if it would be possible to organize a meet up for people interested in ball jointed dolls? Who would I speak to about getting permission to have a meet up without getting in trouble?

A Ball Jointed Doll meet-up would be great to see at Anime Boston.
The fandom gatherings, meetups, and photoshoots page has the rules and ways to go about reserving a spot on the weekend's schedule. A BJD meetup would be perfectly fine there.
The schedule opens this Saturday to start reserving spots. If you'd like someplace quieter for gathering, then I suggest one of the rooms in the Sheraton 5th floor (Hanami-Dango or Kibi-Dango).
