Regarding names on badges

Is it possible to change the name a pre-registerer put on their badge before the con? I put one down for my sister but, we just had to make a last-minute change and, at least I think, it would seem rather silly to have "Eureka" on the badge when she's a different character entirely.

So please let me know either way and thank you in advance.

I've done it in the past. You just need to email them and give them all of the information that is currently on the badge and what you want it changed to.

Just go to the registration section and pick whichever one you feel comfortable contacting (not sure which one you SHOULD contact, so it's up to you).
