My friend recently purchased tickets for the both of us, but entered in the wrong email for my ticket. I've tried contacting the person who it was sent to, but there has been no response.
Is there anything else I can do about this, besides buying another ticket?

Hey, I'm sorry to hear that happened! I'm not staff so I'm not entirely sure what they can do for you, but after looking through the registration FAQ I would recommend contacting Registration Customer Service directly. You can find a link to their direct email under the registration FAQ on Anime Boston's main website here;( http://animeboston.com/registration/reg ... on_faq/#20 ). Let them know and hopefully then can get everything squared away for you, they're pretty understanding. Good luck!
