i havent seen anything yet of there going to be one and i really want to go again if there is one. anyone know?

I know there is one going on. I don't have 100% of the details (Programming and scheduling isn't my bag) but I know there is one planned. It's setting the schedule for the swap meet, which I do have some part in.

I'm sure the Formal Dance team is working on an elegant formal announcement of their own,

The times for programming will be released closer to the con, but traditionally the Charity Ball is Friday night.

Hi,

Yes there will be a formal ball, in fact there will be TWO formal balls. Right now we are checking on how many tickets can be sold before we have them available online.
