To Staff: Confirmations for in-person Registration events?

According to the Registration page, no confirmations at all have been sent--or processing even begun--for anyone who pre-reged in person at or since last year's AB. On behalf of all of us (and with only two months till con, BTW), I have to politely ask what the delay is.

Hello again,

I have spoken to Jodie, our Customer Service Manager, and I have some information for you.

As of now, all pre-registrations from past Outreach events have been entered and confirmation e-mails have been sent to the e-mail addresses provided.

As you pointed out, this should be indicated on the "Registration Events" table on our website; however, the website was recently overhauled and this may have gotten lost somehow during the process. We will contact our Webmaster and have this updated so as not to cause confusion.

Anyone who pre-registered at an Outreach event and has not received a confirmation e-mail should contact Customer Service to have this resolved.
